What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can blend digital marketing and sales support with strong data reporting. I want to own customer acquisition activities, handle customer needs professionally, and work with teams that value clear processes and responsive service.

I’m a sales professional and a Digital marketing Expert, with experience supporting both revenue teams and customers. I can provide administrative and operational support to sales teams, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and manage repetitive follow-ups with consistency.

In my marketing roles, I’ve led strategy and execution—driving customer acquisition, conducting market research to analyze consumer trends and data, and shaping product positioning. I also work with an e-business environment as an EBusiness manager, and I currently run my own business with a Facebook page.

I bring practical data and systems capability to everyday execution: data management and maintenance across different systems, strong Microsoft Office skills, and reporting in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs). I’m also familiar with Client Management System (CMS) workflows, and I’m comfortable delivering customer service and support across different time zones.
