At Target Corporation, I lead development of a distributed messaging platform delivering 80M+ messages a day across email, SMS, and push. I built a failure-reduction pipeline that cut SMS delivery failures from 16.4% to 4.8%, and optimized services to sustain 99.99% uptime.
I also engineered a marketing push notification service sending 30M+ notifications daily, with real-time targeting, and designed a product-recommendation pipeline that increased email click-through rate by 10%. My work uses Spring Boot, Java, Kotlin, Kafka, Redis, and PostgreSQL.
At Hatio Innovations, I built a conversational payments application for mobile recharges and utility bills, and contributed to its guided interface in Botpress. I also worked on Coinome’s cross-platform trading app and co-built HelpSquad, a property-management platform that onboarded 3,000+ clients.
