I’m a customer service and technical support consultant who helps people get the most from their digital devices, audiobook accounts, and Alexa-related experiences. I’m skilled in clear communication and I enjoy working closely with teams to deliver reliable customer solutions.

In my roles at Sutherland and Audible, I’ve provided Amazon customer representation and specialized Audible consultant support, including audiobook account management and digital/device support. I support customers across the USA and UK by troubleshooting remotely and delivering solutions that improve customer satisfaction.

I’m currently building on what I’ve learned through full-time customer service and consultant expertise, and I bring a strong service mindset, retail sales experience, and consistent customer-first problem solving. I’m eager to keep growing in roles where technical support and customer outcomes go hand in hand.
