At SourceOne Ag, I built operational infrastructure from scratch for a new potato packing and shipping facility, including onboarding systems, HR documentation, and payroll tracking. I also implemented Fusionware ERP and created role-specific user guides, training documentation, and SOPs.

I managed full-cycle hiring for 38+ positions across four shifts and managed GlobalG.A.P. food safety certification, from authoring SOPs and log libraries to coordinating with auditors and training personnel. My work also included H-2A program administration and logistics operations.

At Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, I managed admissions for 1,500+ graduate applications annually and owned weekly enrollment pipeline reporting in SONIS and HubSpot. I served as the liaison between Admissions and Student Success, supporting transitions for incoming students and early identification of at-risk cases. I’m seeking a remote enrollment operations, student success, or people programs role where structure and people-centered work intersect.
