At SkillsWave, I lead design strategy and team development while contributing to product workflows, platform direction, and design execution. I integrated AI tools into the design process, moving the team beyond Figma-only workflows to AI-powered exploration and prototyping while keeping user-centred thinking at the core.

At D2L, I shaped workflows for D2L Wave and Brightspace, including SkillsWave Guide, which helped employees connect career and skill goals to relevant learning. I also established a user research practice at SkillsWave and designed accessible drag-and-drop for D2L’s design system, work submitted for a design patent by D2L in 2022.
