At Apple, I lead EMEA voice-edge infrastructure for Global Voice Services, covering Oracle and Ribbon SBCs, SIP routing, and monitoring across Ireland, Denmark, and the Netherlands. I provide 24x7 Tier 2/3 support, led global SBC migrations, and engineered a CPS load-protection solution that prevented a potential global P0 incident.
Previously, I delivered BroadWorks UC deployments for service-provider and enterprise customers across EMEA, from design and commissioning through go-live, testing, and operational handover. At Oracle Communications, I led SBC evaluations, secure VoIP deployments, interoperability testing, and the Session Router deployment for EE's All-IP/LTE migration.
I've built monitoring, backup, documentation, dashboards, and AI-assisted automation to reduce operational risk and improve delivery. I work comfortably across global teams, vendors, and stakeholders while owning reliable, secure voice services.
