Supervised Local Government-level training and monitoring for MNCHW activities in Nsit Ibom LGA, covering 15 primary health centres across different wards. Led review meetings with LNO, LIO, OICs and health workers, and compiled daily and final reports to UNICEF using ODK checklists.

Supervised Local Government training of health workers and OICs for the 2nd round of Maternal Newborn and Child Health Week (MNCHW) in Nsit Ibom LGA, monitoring 15 primary health centres. Documented and submitted daily and final activity reports to UNICEF and ensured effective use of Open Data Kit (ODK) checklists during facility visits.

Managed company files and documents, scheduled meetings, and took minutes. Tracked containers’ ETA, responded to emails, and handled monthly VAT filing.

Planned, implemented, monitored, and supervised OVC program activities in Rivers State under UNAIDS 95-95-95. Delivered health and nutrition education for 7,506 adolescents and 1,256 caregivers, monitored nutrition status for 520 under-fives, and trained community case workers supporting over 9,000 children and caregivers.

Provided nutrition counselling, patient assessment, and meal planning for type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and renal ailments. Supported faster recovery through individualized clinical nutrition plans for DM (8), HTN (6), and renal patients (3).

Coordinated scheduling to ensure efficient patient flow and supported patient enquiries through phone, text, and email. Delivered nutrition counselling and meal plans for 16 DM patients, 18 HTN patients, 306 HIV/AIDS patients, and 37 children with severe acute malnutrition (SAM), and facilitated antenatal and postnatal nutrition/health talks for 2,359 and 2,312 mothers respectively.

Monitored and supervised primary health centres in Etung LGA and documented daily and final activities reports to UNICEF. Conducted review meetings with the Local Immunization Officer and social mobilization team, ensuring effective use of checklists across 10 health facilities.

Tutored MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word, compiling lecture notes and teaching both theory and practical sessions. Supported learners through guided instruction during 2010–2011.

Coordinated project planning, implementation, and monitoring as Program Officer, including developing work plans, budgets, and timelines. Ensured alignment with Global Fund guidelines and national health strategies.

Facilitated partnership, mobilization, and monitoring of adolescent education and training activities for 26 weeks. Supported delivery for adolescent boys and girls as part of the UNICEF initiative in Rivers State.

Provided nutrition education, counselling, and status assessment for adolescents and young people under UNAIDS 2nd and 3rd 95 targets. Supported nutrition supplementation for 18 malnourished AYP and strengthened enhanced adherence counselling for 13 unsuppressed AYP, with linkage to clinic services.

Collected data for the UNICEF-sponsored Research Study on Youthful Alive and Healthy Naija (YAahNaija) intervention implemented in Rivers State. Compiled and submitted study monitoring information as required by the project team.

Completed a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Nutrition and Dietetics at Imo State Polytechnic, Umuagwo.

Completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) assignment at Model Primary Health Center, Churchill, Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

Completed a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Nutrition and Dietetics (HNUD) at Michael Okpara University of Agriculture. Also completed training/practice at Model Primary Health Center, Churchill, Rivers State.
