At EY India, I contribute to a B2B ecommerce transformation program for a Middle Eastern fuel distribution and retail organization. The SAP Commerce Cloud portal covers customer onboarding, user management, order placement, complaint management, and product catalog enhancements.
I gather requirements through workshops with business teams and prepare Functional Specification Documents and Solution Design Documents across portal modules.
I led System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing cycles, including test planning, scenario creation, execution, and defect management. I also handle client calls and coordinate requirement walkthroughs between business and technical teams.
I work with Salesforce and SAP S/4HANA teams on integration flows for order and complaint lifecycles, customer master, and data mapping. I supported deployment, cutover, and go-live, and hold a SAP Commerce Cloud Business User certification.
