At Endeavour Group, I translated requests from 160+ stakeholders into BRDs, user stories, and process flows, facilitated Scrum ceremonies, and delivered $940K+ in annual savings through platform and tooling optimisation. I also led global NFR workshops and used Dynatrace to analyse API response times during peak trading while maintaining 100% platform stability.

At Fluent Commerce, I acted as Product Owner for Fluent Store, owned its roadmap, and presented directly to leadership and enterprise clients. I documented 100+ specifications, validated workflows through UAT and GraphQL API testing with zero critical go-live defects, and designed a pick-and-pack solution that improved processing time by 20%.

I'm also building Closior, an AI-powered fashion styling and virtual try-on mobile app, taking it from problem definition through prototype, feature design, user stories, process flows, AI model selection, and pricing strategy.
