I built hybrid-search RAG pipelines over 300+ policy documents, achieving 80–85% answer accuracy, and developed an OCR, RAG, and workflow automation platform that reduced manual document analysis effort by 70%. I also established LLMOps with LangSmith and implemented safeguards including prompt-injection defence and role-based access controls.
