I designed AWS Bedrock agents for airline disruption workflows, including rebooking recommendations and compensation eligibility checks. These services brought retrieval, reasoning, and workflow orchestration together to support disruption resolution.
I also built a distributed-system debugging agent with Google ADK that correlated logs across microservices. It reduced incident investigation and debugging time from 2–3 hours to under 30 minutes.
