At LDT TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED, I worked on VoiceQuik, an AI voice automation platform, and built a configurable CRM integration engine for HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, and other CRMs. OAuth 2.0 connections cut integration time from 2–3 days of custom coding to under 30 minutes of configuration.
I architected VoiceQuik as a multi-tenant SaaS platform and worked on its telephony flow, reducing end-to-end latency by 70%. I also implemented RAG pipelines and MCP server integrations for context-aware CRM automation.
For the Loan Management System, I engineered secure multi-tenant backend services and implemented authentication, authorization, RBAC, and audit trails. AWS S3 document management reduced document processing time by 40%.
At HELIOS TECH LABS, I engineered and maintained a Fixed Asset Register for asset tracking, depreciation scheduling, and financial oversight. I’m also leading development of Orbit, an AI-native project and workflow management platform.
