At Agentic Universe (Formi), I migrated post-call analysis from Redis/Celery to Temporal to improve retry handling and observability. I also designed event-driven APIs with fallback paths for TTS and LLM failures.
I designed a deterministic redial engine that automates follow-ups based on call outcomes. Its scheduled-callback and chase-behind paths use Kafka disposition events, callback times from transcripts, and rules to decide when to queue a dial.
At Eastri Technologies Pvt. Ltd., I delivered RESTful backend services on Django and optimized PostgreSQL queries and indexes to improve data retrieval and integrity. I also participated in code reviews and worked with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
In my projects, I built NoteNest, a role-based note system, and DocLLM, a RAG backend for semantic document Q&A. I contributed to OWASP Nest through GirlScript Summer of Code 2025, and published CodePulse and Asthma Care Chatbot in research journals.
