What I'm looking for

I want to continually learn and improve through certifications and advancement. I’m looking for leadership-minded roles combining IT support, data responsibility, and collaboration—so I can mentor teams, enable accurate work, and create positive societal impact.

I’m an IT technician with hands-on experience in desktop/user support, general service and maintenance of computers, UI/UX design, and data management. At SWAHILIPOT HUB, I focus on dependable, practical IT support while keeping systems and workflows running smoothly.

Alongside my technical work, I’ve served as a Research Supervisor, overseeing field research teams, ensuring data quality, training enumerators, and monitoring data collection activities. I’ve also coordinated with project stakeholders and supported location mapping and data verification, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of data.
