I’m a highly organized, results-driven Operations & Logistics Leader with over 12 years directing high-volume event operations, facility management, and cross-functional teams. As a Third-Shift Lead Foreman, I led overnight labor teams, built shift schedules, enforced safety protocols, and delivered maximum productivity under tight deadlines.

I excel at coordinating complex project setups—interpreting architectural blueprints and event floor plans to map spaces, delegate tasks, and eliminate setup errors.
