Message

At UPS, I lead Rhode Island Package Operations at the West Center, overseeing daily delivery routes, staffing, service, safety, and cost. I coordinated a Granite Telecommunications expansion that introduced capacity for 12+ pallets daily, a late pickup sweep, and premium shipping options.

As Regional Director of Operations at UPS Freight/TForce, I oversaw a $78 million regional P&L across 13 terminals and approximately 1,250 employees. I sustained annual operating-cost savings of approximately 2.5–3.5% beginning in 2017 and raised Late-by-Day performance from 92.0% to 96.4%.

Earlier at UPS, I improved Memphis delivery productivity by 15% through route redesign, time studies, and field observation, and advanced the freight operation from last place to #1 by April 2015. My aerospace engineering training and industrial engineering experience have informed my work in workforce planning, service improvement, and operating-cost control.
