At Primus Techsystems, I designed BRD-based test cases and performed desktop and mobile QA across Salesforce objects, reporting functional defects along the way.
I also designed and built a Screen Flow and Invocable Apex proof of concept to address a gap between mobile and desktop Lead Conversion flows, working around platform restrictions on the IsConverted field.
For a leadership demonstration, I built a Health Cloud POC with custom objects and fields, three functional apps, permission sets, and automation flows. I configured Salesforce Scheduler in the OPD app so patients could book appointments with doctors assigned to their territory.
In my Salesforce learning and project work, I’ve developed Invocable Apex methods integrated with flows, created a real estate management application with record-triggered automation and reporting, and built full-stack applications using FastAPI and React.
