I've built Salesforce solutions for NGO member management and real estate sales automation during my internship at DigiKAS India Private Limited.
I develop Apex, Apex Triggers, asynchronous processes, SOQL queries, Flows, and basic Lightning Web Components to automate CRM workflows. My NGO project uses Salesforce NPSP, Experience Cloud, Agentforce AI, WhatsApp API integration, security controls, and reporting.
I've also contributed to agile delivery across enquiry, booking, and payment workflows, and I enjoy sharing Salesforce knowledge through student training and community events.
