I am an Operations Data Analyst with a strong background in automation and data analysis, currently working at Zappy Delivery, S.A. My role involves monitoring operational integrity and ensuring alignment between platform data and real-world delivery execution. I take pride in designing and implementing key performance indicators (KPIs) that evaluate operational efficiency and service quality, generating strategic reports for partner banks.

Throughout my academic journey, I earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics from Universidad Del Valle De Guatemala, graduating Magna Cum Laude. My passion for data analysis was recognized when I secured First Place at the VII Scientific Fair 2021 for my project on a chaotic dynamic system. I have developed custom web-based solutions to meet critical banking requirements, enabling 24/7 multi-user access, and built automated systems to enhance data-driven decision-making.
