I am a dedicated professional with over 2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, and operational coordination. My journey has been marked by a commitment to delivering consistent outcomes and efficiently managing priorities. I thrive in dynamic environments and adapt swiftly to new tools and workflows, always aiming to contribute positively to team success and organizational goals.

Currently, I work as an RCM Process Analyst at Thryve Digital LLP, where I handle end-to-end revenue cycle processes, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursements while collaborating with internal teams and insurance providers. My previous roles as an HR Recruiter have equipped me with a strong foundation in recruitment processes, where I successfully managed the end-to-end recruitment cycle, reducing time-to-hire and engaging in campus recruitments.

With a Master's in Business Administration focusing on Finance and Human Resources, I have developed a robust skill set that includes SAP, Tally ERP, and effective communication. I am passionate about continuous learning and have completed various courses to enhance my professional capabilities.
