Aaqib Qureshi

I am Aaqib Qureshi, an emerging educational leader and researcher deeply committed to inclusive education, youth empowerment, and equitable access to learning. With a Bachelor's degree in Education from Sukkur IBA (GPA 3.63) and currently pursuing an MPhil in Educational Leadership and Management at LUMS on a merit scholarship, I have cultivated a strong foundation in research, program design, and strategic educational development.

My career spans leadership roles in non-profits, curriculum development, and youth-centered initiatives. As the Founder and CEO of Boat of Light, an NGO dedicated to delivering tailored education to underprivileged students based on their individual learning modalities, I have designed and led programs that emphasize emotional intelligence, leadership skills, and social inclusion.

Academically, my current research focuses on how school leaders adapt their leadership styles during emergencies and crises, exploring comparative dynamics between public and private educational institutions. Alongside this, I have also worked on research examining the psychological impact of climate change-induced displacement on youth immigrants — a reflection of my broader interest in education's role in social and emotional development amid global challenges.

I am particularly interested in remote opportunities related to education research, curriculum design, content development, academic writing, and program coordination. I bring with me a strong sense of purpose, adaptability, and a passion for leveraging education to drive lasting, inclusive change.
