Talha Jamil

I’m an IB educator with a decade of experience in curriculum design, teacher development, and programme coordination across PYP and MYP. I bring systems-level curriculum thinking together with hands-on classroom delivery and large-scale programme leadership.

In my current role as an Integrated Humanities Lead and core member of the founding teaching team, I helped launch the school’s MYP programme and built bespoke interdisciplinary curriculum from the ground up. I’m also the sole author of a 65-page Integrated Humanities Curriculum & Operations Handbook spanning the full MYP 1–5 arc, and I’ve designed criterion-referenced assessments with progression mapping, moderation, and quality-control protocols.

I stay focused on making learning inquiry-driven and actionable—anchored in real-time global events, ATL skill development, and student ownership through the MYP Personal & Community Project cycle. Alongside curriculum work, I’ve authored a school-adopted PYP Music Curriculum Handbook, led major showcases and exhibitions, and delivered “getting to know MYP” professional learning to support teachers and families during programme growth.
