Earlier at TATA CROMA, I scaled store technology products—including an MPOS with 500+ stores—by leading a squad of 30 across discovery, execution, and releases. I partnered on API integrations across SAP ERP, IBM Sterling OMS, and CRM platforms, delivering automation that reduced billing time by 40% and increased transaction throughput by 28%, while clienteling and inventory solutions improved in-store conversion and operational KPIs.
