I'm currently coordinating Class 5 truck trailers, B-trains, and metro truck and trailer units across Christchurch and the South Island for StraitNZ Linehaul.
I organise freight bookings and rebookings, monitor pickups and deliveries, source replacement work for cancellations, and help fill trucks to capacity. I also prepare weekly truck figures, DIFOT, and KPI reports while maintaining accurate operational documentation and storage control for major customers.
Previously at StraitNZ Freight Forwarding, I managed manifesting, POD processing, freight tracking, customer accounts, collection and delivery agents, and deadline-driven administration. I trained new office staff and supported day-to-day transport operations through clear customer communication and reliable data entry.
My earlier work at Peter Baker Transport included Dangerous Goods coordination, freight handling, load manifesting, statistical reporting, warehouse training, and resolving freight issues with customers. I also bring leadership experience from supervising customer service shifts, stock control, cash handling, and staff training.
