What I'm looking for

I want to be part of an organization that appreciates hard work and provides opportunities for growth. I’m confident working in a team and contributing to achieving organizational goals.

I’m an MBA-trained HR professional with internship experience focused on employee learning and development. I bring confidence, enthusiasm, and a team-first approach to achieving organizational goals.

Through my Patna Dairy Project HR Internship, I gained practical exposure to HR work during MBA-level training. I also prepared a project report on “Training and Development of Employees at BSPHCL,” strengthening my understanding of how training supports performance.

Earlier academic and project training strengthened my discipline in analysis and documentation. I completed “Advanced Biochemical Assay and Bio-instrumentation” training and “Evaluation of Effect of Medicinal Plants” to study cumulative effects of pesticides and heavy metals in rats.

I’m especially motivated by roles that appreciate hard work and provide opportunities for growth. I aim to contribute effectively in a team environment while continuously building my skills through real business challenges.
