What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote chat or email support role. I'm available for the 9PM–6AM NPT shift, which aligns with US daytime hours, and can start immediately.

My clinical postings during my Bachelor in Physiotherapy included direct patient interaction and counselling, where I explained treatment in simple language.

As a Clinical Intern in a hospital posting, I handled 20+ patients daily and managed appointment scheduling and follow-up queries.

I resolved patient concerns calmly and maintained accurate records. These experiences prepared me to support customers through chat and email.

I'm fluent in English and speak Hindi and Nepali natively. I'm available for the 9PM–6AM NPT shift and have a laptop, WiFi, headset, and quiet home office.
