What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a stable, full-time customer support role where I can handle chat/email responses and data-entry tasks. I’m comfortable with evening/night shifts, want clear instructions, and I’m ready to learn quickly.

I’m a customer service agent with a Computer Science and IT foundation, currently building hands-on experience through self-directed online learning and practice. I focus on clear, professional chat and email responses using templates, plus accurate data-entry support.

In Kathmandu, I’ve practiced simple data-entry tasks and used Excel to manage small lists like names and numbers with basic tracking. I’ve also completed many small video-editing practice projects for short-form YouTube/TikTok-style content, strengthening my attention to detail and speed.

I’m improving my English by following tutorials and practicing simple professional messages, and I’m ready to learn quickly while carefully following instructions. I prefer a stable monthly salary and can work evening/night shifts (9:00 PM–3:00 AM Nepal time) to match US hours.
