I’m an Instructional Designer with 4+ years of experience designing and delivering effective corporate training programs, including sales enablement assets, e-Learning modules, and ILT/VILT programs. At Accendra Health (former Owens&Minor India Pvt.Ltd.), I designed technical and sales-focused training, built end-to-end modules in Articulate Storyline and Rise 360, and created scenario-based learning, job aids, and assessments using ADDIE and agile methodologies.
