What I'm looking for

I'm focused on international roles where technical excellence and process optimization are key drivers of success.

I analyze personnel costs, compensation data, and incentive system effectiveness, then prepare reports and recommendations to support management decisions.

At Farlep-Invest (Vega Telecommunications Group), I developed analytical dashboards covering staffing, turnover, recruiting, education, salaries, and vacation reserves. I also worked on salary reviews, budget-based staffing control, payroll control, and HR process optimization.

Earlier, at Media Group Ukraine LLC and PUMB, I supported bonus systems, budgeting, grading, insurance programs, payroll applications, and HR process automation. I hold a master's degree in Economics from Donetsk National University and have completed Google AI and data analytics training.
