Анастасія Ігнатьєва

At university, I translated academic, literary, and legal texts, with German as my first foreign language. I also wrote and translated long texts as a freelancer from 2022 to 2025.

At Genesis, I supported users of a fitness app and a nutrition app, writing replies to more than 100 requests a day in Zendesk. I handled sensitive cases involving refunds, chargebacks, health-related requests, and legal escalations.

I brought my average reply time down from about 20 minutes to 2–3 minutes within two months, and increased my replies per shift from 20–30 to 90–100. I also escalated technical issues to engineers and followed them through to a solution.

I studied Germanic Philology (Translation) at Petro Mohyla Black Sea National University and completed a Data Analyst course at GoIT. I’d like to work in localization or content, ideally for games or creative products.
