What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer or technical support role.

At Fullsteam, I support merchants with POS device hardware and connectivity issues, as well as payment processing account needs. I handle reconciliation, account updates, and cancellations, resolving around 25–35 cases per day.

I’ve also worked in sales, insurance claims, recruiting, and dispatch at Super Ego Holding. I’m looking for a customer or technical support role.
