What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote role in Customer Support, Content, Community, or Operations.

At Huracan Coffee, UAB ALBAS, I handled customer requests and complaints while supporting daily operations. I trained and onboarded new team members, and supported managers during trial shifts by observing candidates and providing feedback.

During my Media & Communications internship at Stembridge, I helped develop student-focused content, wrote scripts, and prepared interview questions. I also created short-form video content for a client project, adapting it based on feedback and delivering it according to the brief.
