At Symmetron Group, I rebuilt the power-semiconductor product category after major Western manufacturers exited the market, sourcing and qualifying alternative lines across GaN, SiC MOSFET, IGBT, MOSFET, and BJT devices. The category grew from $1.8M in revenue in 2021 to a peak of $5.2M in 2024.
As a Field Application Engineer, I supported 500+ engineering teams with component selection and design-in, contributing to 1,000+ component design-ins and associated business wins. I also modified an open-source board design in KiCad, arranged its fabrication, hand-soldered the board, and brought it up and tested it independently.
