At Etech Global Services, I’m the sole platform administrator for ETechRU, an enterprise Moodle/IOMAD LMS supporting compliance training and leadership development across a 3,000+ employee global BPO. I manage its multi-tenant configuration and build and validate assessment content.

At Ballistic Learning Pvt Ltd, I administered a production Moodle LMS for an international client, sustaining 99.9% uptime for 800–1,600 concurrent users. I also owned manual QA for releases and served as the primary point of contact, independently resolving 95% of interface-level queries before developer escalation.

I’ve built my Moodle/IOMAD expertise through hands-on production administration and structured self-study. I’m looking for a systems-administration or platform-operations role in higher education, EdTech SaaS, or corporate L&D, where deep configuration expertise and dependable ownership matter more than day-to-day coding.
