I build production LLM systems, conversational automation, RAG knowledge layers, and API-integrated workflows that solve operational problems end to end.

At Chatme.ai, I've built and improved AI and bot workflows for real client projects, including a PEC omnichannel support bot with approximately 2,500 slots. I implemented a RAG Q&A layer that raised production automation from 40% to 69%.

I've also built agent-based support workflows for Antiplagiat and initiated an LLM fallback approach for Invitro. My AI-assisted analytics and incident-investigation workflows are used across five production projects, reducing recurring report preparation from 40–60 minutes to 2–3 minutes and shortening ticket-to-proposed-solution cycles by roughly 6×.

Through independent projects, I built iisy, a workflow-first AI agent platform with graph flows, RAG, tools, API requests, analytics, multichannel deployment, and human handoff. I also deliver Telegram systems, AI integrations, and reusable products such as a CS-Cart AI FAQ add-on.
