What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote product design role where I can lead teams, build scalable design systems, use research and metrics to improve complex products, and collaborate closely with product and engineering.

I've led product design for CAE Technology, Easy Rocket, Finstek/GMI Inc., and Evolution AB, improving complex SaaS, fintech, broker, casino, CRM, and back-office products through scalable systems and measurable user journeys.

At Easy Rocket, I led five designers through a full casino-platform redesign that increased registration conversion by 23% and deposit conversion by 29%, while reducing deposit-flow drop-off and time to deposit by 40%.

I build design systems that work for designers and developers, from tokens mapped to Tailwind at CAE Technology to reusable component libraries at Easy Rocket. I also mentor designers, run research and usability testing, and use AI tools to accelerate thoughtful, accessible product decisions.
