At Right, I lead UX/UI and design product experiences across websites, apps, SaaS, FinTech, and CRM/ERP. I also design interfaces for ATMs, card-issuing kiosks, payment terminals, intercoms, and smart speakers, including devices developed from scratch that have reached launch.
I lead the UX/UI practice at Right, set visual direction, conduct design reviews, and take part in hiring. Together with colleagues, I introduced an assessment and development system; around 70% of the team advanced to the next level, with designers growing into Senior Designer and Art Director roles.
At iFuters / Marathonbet, I spent six months embedded in a product team as Principal Product&UX/UI Designer. I designed interfaces and user journeys for a product area, developed its design system, conducted UX research, worked with analytics, and tested product hypotheses.
Earlier, at Nineseven Design Studio, I progressed from Technical Designer to Art Director and led a team of four. My projects have included the Converhide secure messenger and file-sharing service, AVO ATM and card-issuing kiosk interfaces, and a Jet Scooter rental app adapted for Latin America.
