What I'm looking for

I'm open to remote or relocation opportunities where I can build and support production AI, voice, automation, SaaS, and contact center solutions that improve productivity and customer experience.

I've delivered 15+ AI and automation projects, including five large-scale production systems with ongoing support. My work spans AI agents, conversational AI, voice AI, workflow automation, CRM solutions, and SaaS products.

As a freelance AI Automation Engineer, I built a duplex real-time voice translation platform for WebRTC telephony with roughly two-second voice-to-translated-voice latency. I also developed an AI contact center QA system that increased QA-team productivity roughly fivefold and replaced manual review workflows.

I designed an AI support platform handling 1,000+ customer inquiries each month and delivered a Telegram SaaS platform serving 1,000+ users that doubled department request-handling throughput.

Previously at NovaIT, I implemented and supported enterprise customer communication platforms using Genesys Cloud, Genesys PureConnect, Omilia, and Eleveo. I bring hands-on experience with VoIP, SIP, IVR, Linux administration, production incident resolution, and reliable contact center integrations.
