At LITALICO Inc., I support online customer operations for a children’s programming education service using Scratch, Unity, and Blender. I conduct approximately 30 online customer sessions each month while accurately organizing learning goals, concerns, and follow-up information.

I manage customer and activity data in Salesforce and built a Looker Studio dashboard for call volume, successful contacts, call duration, and individual performance. I helped establish a six-member outbound calling team through staffing coordination, KPI tracking, training support, and workflow improvement.

I achieved 102 individual enrollments against a target of 90 and contributed to 390 team enrollments against a target of 240. Working across sales, marketing, and management, I helped improve conversion for an acquisition channel from 5.5% to approximately 24% within three months.
