What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a full-time remote role from Japan where I can lead operations, improve quality and KPI performance, coach teams, and maintain consistent standards across Japanese and English-speaking environments.

At Teleperformance, I lead a 55-person content moderation team, overseeing daily operations, quality, productivity, and performance in a high-volume international BPO environment.

I monitor accuracy and AHT KPIs, identify performance gaps, provide targeted coaching, and use quality trends to improve operational consistency. Previously, I delivered onboarding, training, quality reviews, and calibration for Creator Support teams.

I also bring experience curating Japanese and English datasets at Veeva Systems and producing platform-specific video content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok. I’m available for full-time remote work from Japan.
