I'm open to remote contract or full-time work building LLM agents and tool-use workflows, owning automation from discovery through production deployment and maintenance.

I build LLM-driven workflows for small businesses and product teams, automating customer support, ticket triage, document extraction, outreach research, and reporting. As a freelance AI Automation Engineer, I take projects from vague workflow problems through pipeline design, API integrations, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.

I've built JIRA readiness bots, RAG support chatbots across Telegram and WhatsApp, offline invoice and contract extraction with Ollama, and business metrics dashboards combining CRM, ad-platform, and Stripe data. I use Python, n8n, OpenAI and Claude APIs, local models, and production infrastructure to create systems that handle uncertainty through confidence thresholds, human handoffs, and reviewable drafts.
