At Daesang America, I process EDI purchase orders into SAP for major retailers including Walmart, Target, Kroger, and UNFI. I coordinate inventory verification, pick-and-pack scheduling, shipping updates, and real-time sales reporting for leadership.

I investigate retail deductions, audit chargebacks against SAP orders, and allocate deduction amounts in Excel to support Accounting. I serve as a central link between sales, accounting, supply chain teams, and retail buyers to resolve order changes efficiently.

Previously, I managed daily operations, staff training, client communications, sales forecasting, and inventory at Quality Auto Body. I also developed customized learning materials, managed client communications, and used consultative selling as an English instructor in Seoul.
