I've managed end-to-end procurement and logistics for Kubera SRL, a beer importer and distributor, and Esperanza Sanitas SRL, a distributor of medical equipment and disposable dental supplies. Across both companies, I've managed more than €5M in purchasing, processed 1,000+ orders, coordinated 500+ import and export truckloads, and worked with 20+ active suppliers across multiple countries.
I use 1C to track orders, stock, replenishment, and delivery reporting; coordinate road freight; and prepare invoices, packing lists, CMRs, declarations, and quality certificates. I resolve customs and delivery issues before they affect customers, renegotiate suppliers when pricing or lead times are uncompetitive, and reduced lead times on recurring routes through better carrier selection and shipment planning.
