As a Procurement Specialist at Sabre Polska (2022), I worked closely with internal stakeholders across Technology, Finance, Operations, HR, and Procurement. I delivered data-driven forecasting and budget support, while leading supplier pricing negotiations and contract finalization to drive value for money.

I manage end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle management, renewals, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. I act as a trusted advisor by providing commercial guidance and procurement insights, and I use Coupa, Beeline, and IQN to streamline procurement operations.

Before that, I supported contingent workforce procurement and operations as a Vendor Analyst at AON (2022), and served as first-line support for hiring managers, contractors, and suppliers using IQN and Beeline at Shell (2019–2021). Earlier, as a Senior Recruitment Administrator at AMS (2018–2019), I handled timesheet engagement submissions and approvals—supporting stakeholders with system navigation, compliance, and cost-saving initiatives through vendor performance reviews.
