I identified substitute products and alternative sources with estimated annual savings of PLN 250K. For example, Pantech CMRL-1066 medium cost PLN 156 per bottle compared with PLN 850 for Gibco.
I reorganized storage locations, cutting picking time from 60 minutes to 4–5 minutes. I also created and updated SOPs and applied ISO 13485 practices, FEFO/FIFO and inventory traceability.
Previously at AVEMI S.A., I progressed from Warehouse Associate to Warehouse Manager and supervised a team of eight. I coordinated freight, cross-docking and customs documentation, and supported the migration from Subiekt GT to Subiekt Nexo.
