At Kapital Bank, I lead analytics for cross-border payments, using market sizing, customer behavior, and competitor benchmarking to identify expansion opportunities. My business cases for international corridors and partnerships contributed to 6x growth in the partner network and a 10x increase in monthly transaction turnover.

Previously at Sber’s Insurance Department, I analyzed user behavior, built predictive models, and ran A/B tests for 10 insurance products. Validating more than 100 hypotheses helped double sales, conversion, and user engagement.

I’ve also led cross-functional teams of 10+ people, prioritized product backlogs, set KPIs, and translated complex findings into practical product and commercial decisions. My work spans pricing, retention, conversion, customer journeys, lifecycle marketing, and product economics.

Earlier, I improved sales networks and logistics at MegaFon, launched a top-selling department at Leroy Merlin, and led UX research for Nestle, Sanofi, and Uber at GfK Rus.
