What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead an Analytics & BI team and deliver end-to-end BI—from DWH/data marts and ETL to dashboards and stakeholder requirements—while improving processes, governance, and platform reliability.

I’m an Analytics & BI leader with 13+ years of experience building and evolving BI platforms, ETL pipelines, and DWH/data marts that support business decisions in banking environments.

In my current role at VTB Bank, I manage analytics and BI operations and drive BI import substitution work—contributing to the roadmap, handling negotiations, and building MVP dashboards. I’ve helped restructure the team management approach with values, backlog, regular syncs, and retrospectives, and I support a platform rollout planned for 2025.

Before that, at Societe Generale group, I led BI development and project delivery for corporate banking: developing and automating management reporting, designing ETL loading from DataLake/DWH, and building data mart sources for reporting. I also delivered BI dashboards in Power BI and managed BI projects end-to-end, including incident management.

Earlier in my career at DeltaCredit Bank (Societe Generale group), I focused on DWH/BI engineering—designing ETL on MS SQL Server/SSIS, creating OLAP cubes (SSAS), building reports (SSRS), and performing business analysis through stakeholder interviews. I bring both engineering rigor and business partnership to every initiative.
