At FreeWheel, a Comcast company, I built cloud-native platform capabilities and AI-powered troubleshooting systems for advertising technology platforms. I designed a unified RESTful API layer that replaced fragmented operational scripts and standardized internal engineering workflows.
I developed the AI Intelligent Troubleshooting System using Python, LangGraph, LangChain, and MongoDB. I built hierarchical multi-agent workflows for issue classification, knowledge retrieval, tool execution, root-cause analysis, and response generation, integrating JIRA and Wiki knowledge through RAG and adding Human-in-the-Loop approvals for sensitive operations.
I also build automation and observability tools for production systems, using Docker, Kubernetes, Redis, Grafana, Prometheus, and Nagios. My work includes P1 incident response, root-cause analysis, monitoring dashboards, alerting workflows, and long-term reliability improvements.
