What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote DevOps role where I can operate Kubernetes platforms, improve CI/CD and GitOps delivery, automate cloud and on-prem infrastructure, and collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.

At Sber, I operate the AI platform's Kubernetes infrastructure, CI/CD, and production monitoring across 10+ clusters and 50+ microservices. I migrated delivery from Jenkins and Ansible to GitOps with ArgoCD and Helm, reducing deployment time by roughly 20%.

I've built centralized ELK, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, and Grafana observability; automated service updates with Ansible; and supported zero-downtime blue/green-style releases. I also secure in-cluster traffic with TLS/mTLS, troubleshoot Linux and microservices, and coordinate DevOps work and roadmap planning within a banking-grade environment.

Previously at MTT and Digital Economy League, I supported Kubernetes releases, Helm deployments, GitLab CI/CD templates, SAST and vulnerability scanning, and monitoring for containerized services. I deployed and administered services including PostgreSQL/Patroni, ClickHouse, Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ, MinIO, SeaweedFS, Longhorn, Airflow, Keycloak, and Vault.

Alongside production engineering, I mentor junior DevOps engineers through structured roadmaps, hands-on workshops, and interview preparation grounded in real Linux, CI/CD, networking, and security scenarios.
