I bring over 13 years of experience across cloud computing, virtualization, and data-center technologies, combining strong technical depth with delivery ownership. I have 4 years of DevOps experience and 9 years of project management, with successful delivery of 100+ projects, including multiple projects over 50 million scale and for well-known enterprises.

As founder and CEO, I lead company strategy, operations management, team building, and business expansion at a data-labeling-focused organization supporting AI adoption. I’ve built standardized operating systems across data collection, labeling, review, and delivery to keep quality stable and reliable.

Previously, as a Project Director at Futech Corporation (Osaka), I managed 10+ internal projects and implemented agile-based processes that achieved high success rates while avoiding delays and budget overruns. I also led data governance and database migration, and drove data warehouse solutions to strengthen decision support and real-time AI-driven analysis.

Earlier roles strengthened my execution discipline across complex environments: I standardized project delivery workflows for multi-city shared-bike deployments, and at Tencent Cloud Computing and other organizations I delivered large-scale cloud/tech projects. My foundation includes Linux/Windows operations and monitoring, plus deployment and troubleshooting with tools like Puppet and Zabbix.
